# BAIMTEC: Elect Yang Hui as Chairman

BAIMTEC announced that on December 27th, the company held the first meeting of the second board of directors, where it reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Electing the Chairman of the Second Board of Directors" and the "Proposal on Electing the Vice Chairman of the Second Board of Directors." All directors unanimously agreed to elect Yang Hui as the Chairman of the second board of directors and Qian Xichang as the Vice Chairman of the second board of directors. The terms of the above personnel are three years, coinciding with the term of the current board of directors
