# Huasi: Planning to acquire control of Jingxin Technology and raise matching funds, stock suspended from trading starting today

On December 30th, Jinshi Data reported that Huasi announced it is planning to issue shares and pay cash to acquire control of Jingxin Technology Co., Ltd. and raise matching funds. This is expected to constitute a related party transaction but does not constitute a major asset reorganization. Trading will be suspended from the market opening on December 30th and the plan will be disclosed within 10 trading days. The transaction is currently in the planning stage and remains uncertain
