BAIMTEC announced that the company plans to increase its capital in Hexing Aviation Materials Technology Co., Ltd. with its own funds of 60 million yuan. After the capital increase is completed, Hexing Aviation's registered capital will increase from 9.6 million yuan to 14.582 million yuan, and the company's shareholding ratio will be 34.1655%. Before this capital increase, BAIMTEC held 80% of the equity in Hexing Aviation, and the company's director Tang Bin serves as the chairman of Hexing Aviation.
