# BAIDA GROUP: Dong Zhendong resigns as General Manager

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, BAIDA GROUP (600865.SH) has recently received written resignation reports submitted by Ms. Shen Huifen, Director and Vice Chairman, and Mr. Dong Zhendong, General Manager. Ms. Shen Huifen has applied to resign from her positions as Director, Vice Chairman of the 11th Board of Directors, and member of the Board Audit Committee due to retirement. After resigning from the above positions, Ms. Shen Huifen will not hold any other positions in the company or its subsidiaries. Mr. Dong Zhendong has applied to resign from his position as General Manager due to job changes, but will continue to serve as a Director of the 11th Board of Directors and a member of the Board Strategic Decision-Making Committee after resigning from the above position. The above resignation reports will take effect from the date they are delivered to the Board of Directors
