# SXLY terminates the additional issuance and acquisition-related matters

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SXLY (002627.SZ) announced that the company previously planned to purchase 100% equity of Changjiang Sanxia Tourism Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Changjiang Lifa") held by Sanxia Base Development Co., Ltd. through the issuance of shares, and to purchase 100% equity of Yichang Xingsheng Construction Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xingsheng Company") held by Yichang Cultural Tourism Investment and Development Co., Ltd. (formerly Yichang Jiaotong Investment and Development Co., Ltd.) and raise supporting funds.
