# Keda Group spent 252 million yuan to complete the repurchase of 1.56% of its shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Keda Group (600499.SH) announced that on December 30, 2024, the company completed this share repurchase. Through centralized bidding transactions, approximately 30 million A-shares of the company were repurchased, accounting for 1.56% of the company's total share capital. The lowest repurchase price was RMB 7.80 per share, the highest price was RMB 8.90 per share, and the average repurchase price was RMB 8.41 per share. The total amount paid was RMB 252 million (excluding transaction costs such as stamp duty and commissions)
