According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ZHEJIANG NATURAL OUTDOOR GOODS (605080.SH) disclosed the draft of the 2024 restricted stock incentive plan, proposing to grant a total of 1.28456 million restricted stocks to the incentive recipients, accounting for approximately 0.907% of the company's total share capital at the time of the announcement of the incentive plan draft. Among them, the initial grant of restricted stocks is 1.22184 million shares, with a total of 61 recipients for the initial grant, and the grant price is 10.62 yuan/share
