# MEDINET GROUP's subsidiary plans to lease a property in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong

According to the announcement from MEDINET GROUP (08161), on December 30, 2024, MEDINET Medical and Jiawei Men's Health (both indirect subsidiaries of the company) entered into a lease agreement with the owner Harbour City Properties Limited as joint tenants for leasing the property, with a monthly rent of HKD 148,500 (excluding air conditioning fees, service fees, government rates, and all other expenses), for a period of two years from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2026 (including the first and last days).

It is reported that the property is located at Room 1211-12, 12th Floor, Ocean Centre, Harbour City, 5 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong
