# SHENZHEN KEXIN COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES plans to increase its investment in Kexin Network by no more than 60 million yuan to support its business development

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SHENZHEN KEXIN COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES (300565.SZ) announced that the company plans to convert its RMB 21 million debt to its wholly-owned subsidiary Guangdong Kexin Network Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Kexin Network") into an increase in capital. At the same time, it will use RMB 38 million of its own funds or self-raised funds to increase the capital of Kexin Network, with a total capital increase amount not exceeding RMB 60 million (including the principal). This capital increase for its wholly-owned subsidiary Kexin Network will enhance its financial strength and support its business development
