# CCCCDC plans to participate in the Huatai - CCCC Dongkou Yangtze River Bridge Asset-Backed Special Plan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, China Communications Design (600720.SH) announced that in order to revitalize existing assets and optimize the asset-liability structure, its wholly-owned subsidiary, the Second Public Institute, plans to establish a special asset support plan, Huatai-China Communications Dongkou Yangtze River Bridge Asset Support Special Plan, using all the equity of Wuhan China Communications Dongkou Yangtze River Bridge Investment Co., Ltd., the project company for the Dongkou Yangtze River Bridge project jointly invested with related parties China Communications Investment and the Second Aviation Bureau, as the underlying asset. The shareholding ratios of the Second Public Institute, China Communications Investment, and the Second Aviation Bureau in the project company are 10%, 60%, and 30%, respectively
