# AAA PUBLIC exits Lhasa Jinding and related project companies

According to the announcement from AAA PUBLIC (600979.SH), its wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen Aizhong Capital Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Aizhong Capital") will first transfer its 33.33% equity in five hydropower project companies for a total price of 94.87 million yuan to Lhasa Jinding Xingneng Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Lhasa Jinding" or the fund), and then transfer all its shares in Lhasa Jinding for a price of 252.1053 million yuan to National Trust Co., Ltd. (acting as trustee representing "National Trust · Jinding No. 1 Single Fund Trust", referred to as "National Trust").

After the transfer of the above fund shares and the equity of the five hydropower project companies, Aizhong Capital will no longer hold fund shares or the equity of the five hydropower project companies, nor will it jointly carry out the application and issuance of public REITs for infrastructure with Sichuan Energy Investment Jinding Industrial Control Group Co., Ltd. using the Hengjiang Hydropower Station as the underlying asset
