# ST Dongyuan: The court ruled to confirm the completion of the company's reorganization plan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, \*ST Dongyuan (002310.SZ) announced that the Beijing First Intermediate People's Court ruled on December 30, 2024, to confirm the completion of the company's restructuring plan and to terminate the company's restructuring procedure.

The company has successfully completed the execution of the restructuring plan. Through the restructuring process, the company will gradually resolve debt risks, optimize its asset-liability structure, enhance its ongoing operations and profitability, and help the company restore a healthy development state. At the same time, the completion of the company's restructuring plan maximally protects the legitimate rights and interests of all creditors and investors.

On the same day, the company applied to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange to revoke the corresponding delisting risk warning in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules."
