# BEZ appoints Zhang Yuwei as President

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, BEZ (600658.SH) announced that on January 25, 2024, the company will hold the 26th meeting of the 12th Board of Directors to review and approve the "Proposal for the Appointment of Directors." The company's Board of Directors agreed that Mr. Qi Zhanyong will act as the president until the Board appoints a new president. Nominated by the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Beijing Electronic Holdings Co., Ltd., and verified by the Board's Nomination Committee, the Board agreed to appoint Mr. Zhang Yuwei as the company's president, with a term from the date of approval by this Board meeting until the expiration of the 12th Board of Directors' term
