CDGAS announced in the evening that due to work adjustments, Ms. Qing Qian has applied to resign from her positions as employee representative director and deputy general manager of the company, while Mr. Chen Ji and Mr. Luo Qing have applied to resign from their positions as deputy general managers of the company. The company has agreed to appoint Mr. Zeng Tao, Mr. Liu Jun, and Mr. Guo Cheng as deputy general managers of the company, with their term starting from the date of approval by this board meeting until the expiration of the third board's term
