# The actual controller of ST BaLi, Wang Hairong, has completed the repayment of fund occupation

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ST Baile (603959.SH) announced that on December 31, 2024, it received a principal repayment of 60.2861 million yuan from its actual controller Mr. Wang Hairong for non-operating occupied funds, as well as a total accrued interest of 9.5985 million yuan. As of the date of this announcement, the actual controller Mr. Wang Hairong has cumulatively repaid a principal of 192 million yuan and accrued interest of 9.5985 million yuan for non-operating occupied funds, and all principal and interest for the non-operating occupied funds have been fully repaid
