# ZMNY received a notice from its controlling shareholder to initiate asset injection

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, ZMNY (600163.SH) stated that on December 31, 2024, the company received a notification from its controlling shareholder, Fujian Investment Group, regarding the initiation of the asset injection of Yongtai Pumped Storage into ZMNY. Fujian Investment Group will fulfill its commitment to avoid competition in the same industry and will initiate and plan the asset injection involving the company. The assets involved in this injection are the 51% equity stake in Fujian Investment Group's MinTou Pumped Storage. Compared to the company's audited consolidated financial statements for 2023, it is preliminarily estimated that this does not constitute a major asset restructuring.

The company will promptly negotiate with the controlling shareholder to determine the specific method of injecting MinTou Pumped Storage, select intermediary institutions to advance the relevant work for this asset injection, and fulfill the corresponding decision-making and approval procedures in accordance with relevant regulations. The company will timely fulfill its information disclosure obligations based on the progress of this matter
