# HongXin's subsidiary, Alloy Technology, plans to acquire a piece of land in Thailand to establish a base in Thailand

According to the announcement from HongXin Technology (301539.SZ), the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Alloy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Alloy Technology") has signed a "Land Sale Agreement." Alloy Technology intends to purchase land in Thailand for 357 million Thai Baht using its own or self-raised funds, or through capital increase or loans provided by the company. This land purchase will facilitate the implementation of the company's Thailand base construction project.

According to the announcement, the land to be purchased is located at No. 2 Samnak Thong Street, Mueang Rayong District, Rayong Province, Thailand (Postal Code 21100), specifically the H-07A plot in the Rayong Lisheng Industrial Zone, which is classified as permanent industrial land
