# CH DEMETER FIN plans to conduct a rights issue based on a "2 for 1" ratio

According to the announcement from Guonong Financial Investment (08120), the company plans to raise no more than HKD 15.5851 million (before expenses) through a rights issue to shareholders (based on no issuance or repurchase of shares on or before the record date). The rights issue is not underwritten and involves the issuance of up to 45.1741 million rights shares at a subscription price of HKD 0.345 per share (based on no issuance or repurchase of shares on or before the record date), with the basis being one rights share for every two existing issued shares held on the record date.

The subscription price represents a discount of approximately 25.00% to the closing price of HKD 0.4600 per share reported on the last trading day on the Stock Exchange
