# OUC HOLDINGS' subsidiary plans to sell a commercial residential building for 19 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, OUC HOLDINGS (08067) announced that on December 31, 2024, its subsidiary Tongrui (the beneficial owner of the property) entered into a letter of intent with the buyer through the legal owner of the property, Tonghui. According to this, the buyer intends to purchase, and Tonghui (at the direction of Tongrui) intends to sell, the property located in the Langfang Development Zone, Hebei, China, for a price of RMB 19 million.

The property intended for transfer under the letter of intent is a mixed-use commercial building, which includes (i) the land use rights for a piece of land located in the Oriental University City of Langfang Development Zone, Hebei, with an estimated total land area of approximately 6,937.20 square meters; and (ii) the buildings and supporting facilities constructed on it, with a total construction area of approximately 6,809.31 square meters. The land use rights are valid until July 13, 2053. The property is mortgaged, and plans to complete the release of the mortgage registration by February 28, 2025
