# ST SUNYES plans to transfer 100% equity of Huizhou Xinyueda for 31.5 million yuan

> ST SUNYES announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Huizhou Xinlida will transfer 100% equity of Huizhou Xinyueda to Yilian Technology for 31.5 million yuan. This transfer is based on the company's operational development strategy and business adjustments, and upon completion, it will help improve operational and management efficiency, aligning with the interests of the company and its shareholders. The transfer proceeds will be used for daily operations

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ST SUNYES (002388.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Huizhou Xinlida Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huizhou Xinlida") is transferring its 100% equity in Huizhou Xinyueda Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huizhou Xinyueda") to Yilian Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yilian Technology") for a transfer price of 31.5 million yuan. After the completion of this equity transfer, Huizhou Xinlida will no longer hold any equity in Huizhou Xinyueda.

This equity transfer is made based on the company's operational development strategy and business adjustments. After the transfer is completed, it will help further improve the company's operational and management efficiency, which is in line with the interests of the company and all shareholders. The funds obtained from this equity transfer will be used entirely for the company's daily operations
