# EVERJOY HEALTH has appointed Ding Hui as President

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, EVERJOY HEALTH (002162.SZ) announced that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from Mr. Yu Jing, the company's director and president. Due to work adjustments (transferred to the company's shareholder unit, Simic Group, as Executive Vice President), Mr. Yu Jing applied to resign from the position of president. After resigning as president, Mr. Yu Jing will continue to serve as a director of the company, a member of the board's strategic committee, and a member of the board's compensation and assessment committee.

The company's board of directors agreed to appoint Mr. Ding Hui as the company's president, with a term starting from the date of approval by this board meeting until the end of the eighth board term of the company
