According to the Zhitong Finance APP, KN (603111.SH) announced that the company has repurchased a total of 18.62 million shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 2.05% of the total share capital at the end of 2024 and 2.14% of the current total share capital. The highest transaction price for the repurchase was 5.97 yuan/share, the lowest price was 4.65 yuan/share, and the total amount paid was 100 million yuan (excluding transaction fees)
