# GUANGDONG GUANGHONG HOLDINGS plans to implement the overall listing and leasing of its headquarters economic building property

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, GUANGDONG GUANGHONG HOLDINGS (000529.SZ) stated that the company's board of directors has reviewed and approved the proposal regarding the overall listing for lease of the headquarters economic building. The company agrees to set the listing base price for the lease at RMB 12.5 million per year (including tax), based on the evaluation results from Zhonglian International Real Estate Land Asset Evaluation Consulting (Guangdong) Co., Ltd., and will publicly list the headquarters economic building property for lease through the Guangdong Southern Cultural Property Exchange. The lease term is 10 years, calculated from the date of signing the lease contract, with the first 3 months being a rent-free decoration period, and rent will be settled monthly. The rent will increase by 3% every two years based on the listing transaction price, and the final transaction price will be determined according to the listing results
