According to the announcement from Asia Energy Logistics (00351), from September 27, 2024, to December 31, 2024, through a series of transactions, the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Tianfu will sell a total of 13.616 million shares of Haotian (01341) in the open market, with a total price of approximately HKD 9.434 million (excluding stamp duty and related expenses)
