# MEDINET GROUP: Xie Fengchun appointed as Secretary and Authorized Representative

According to the announcement from MEDINET GROUP (08161), Liang Wenhui has resigned as the company secretary due to his desire to devote more time to his career development and personal affairs. He will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company as stipulated in Rule 5.24 of the GEM Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, effective from January 2, 2025.

Following Liang's resignation, the board is pleased to announce that Xie Fengchun has been appointed as the company secretary and authorized representative, effective from January 2, 2025
