# PALINDA GROUP: Yang Bizhen has been appointed as the company secretary and authorized representative

According to the announcement from PALINDA GROUP (08179), Ms. Liang Qining has resigned from her position as the company secretary and will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company, effective January 2, 2025. With Ms. Liang's resignation, the board is pleased to announce that, in accordance with the GEM Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Exchange") Sections 5.14 and 5.24, and pursuant to Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), Ms. Yang Bizhen has been appointed as the company secretary and authorized representative of the company, effective January 2, 2025
