# YTY plans to spend RMB 50 million to 60 million to repurchase shares and obtain a commitment letter for a special loan for the repurchase

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YTY (001228.SZ) announced that the company plans to use its own funds and a special stock repurchase loan provided by CITIC BANK Ningbo Branch to repurchase the company's issued ordinary shares (A-shares) through the centralized bidding trading method on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. This repurchase is intended for equity incentives or employee stock ownership plans. Considering the company's financial condition, operational situation, and future profitability, the total amount of funds intended for the repurchase will not be less than RMB 50 million (inclusive) and not more than RMB 60 million (inclusive). The repurchase price will not exceed RMB 34.87 per share, which is 150% of the average trading price of the company's stock over the 30 trading days prior to the board's approval of the repurchase resolution
