# Yinbang Clad: The "Yinbang Convertible Bond" will open for subscription on January 7

According to the announcement from Yinbang Clad (300337.SZ), the convertible bonds issued this time are referred to as "Yinbang Convertible Bonds," with the bond code "123252." The number of Yinbang Convertible Bonds that original shareholders can preferentially allocate is calculated based on the number of shares held by them registered with the China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Shenzhen Branch after the market closes on the equity registration date (January 6, 2025, T-1 day), at a ratio of RMB 0.9550 of convertible bonds per share.
