The front-page article of the China Securities Journal points out that the list of "two 重" construction projects for 2025 has been issued in advance, with 115.9 billion yuan of ultra-long-term special government bonds allocated to support the construction of 121 projects. Industry insiders believe that state-owned enterprises are an important entity for the country to stabilize growth, expand investment, and implement the "two 重" and "two 新" initiatives.
