# Centralcon Holding plans to sell 100% equity of Centralcon Property to optimize its asset and business structure

According to the announcement from Centralcon Holding (000042.SZ), the company intends to transfer 100% equity of Shenzhen Zhongzhou Property Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhongzhou Property") to Shenzhen Yuying Property Service Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yuying Property") for an equity transfer price of 227 million yuan. The three subsidiaries that Zhongzhou Property effectively holds 100% equity in (Shenzhen Shengtinyuan Property Management Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Zhiyuehui Business Operation Co., Ltd., Chengdu Zhongzhou Quark Enterprise Management Co., Ltd.), as well as the commercial parking spaces in Nanxili and non-residential sector projects, are not included in this transaction.

The announcement states that the sale of 100% equity in the property subsidiary is based on the company's strategic and operational needs to optimize its asset and business structure
