# Chairman of ST Haoyuan, Kang Ying, resigns

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, ST Haoyuan (002700.SZ) recently received resignation reports from members of the board of directors and the supervisory board. Ms. Kang Ying resigned from her positions as the chairman of the fifth board of directors, director, member of the strategic committee, member of the audit committee, member of the compensation and assessment committee, member of the safety production committee, and chairman and member of the compliance management committee, and will no longer hold any position in the company after her resignation.

Mr. Du Gang resigned from his positions as a director of the fifth board of directors, chairman and member of the safety production committee, and member of the compliance management committee, and applied to resign from his positions as the general manager and legal representative of the company, and will no longer hold any position in the company after his resignation. Mr. Zhong Zhigang resigned from his positions as the chairman and supervisor of the fifth supervisory board
