According to the Zhitong Finance APP, DS CULTURE (600892.SH) announced that its controlling subsidiary Tangshan Shengxing Digital Culture Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shengxing Culture") won the bid for the brand IP design and development service project of its controlling shareholder Tangshan Cultural Tourism Investment Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Tangshan Wenlv") through public bidding, with a bid price of 4.52 million yuan. Shengxing Culture plans to sign a contract with Tangshan Wenlv for the above project in accordance with the bidding process
