# CHUNHUI INTELLIGENT CONTROL plans to launch the first phase of its employee stock ownership plan, expecting the shareholding scale to not exceed 920,000 shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CHUNHUI INTELLIGENT CONTROL (300943.SZ) has disclosed the draft of the first phase of its employee stock ownership plan. The shares for the employee stock ownership plan will come from the company's repurchase special account for repurchasing A-shares. The total number of shares to be transferred under the employee stock ownership plan does not exceed 920,000 shares, with the repurchase price of the shares set at 6.31 yuan per share. The total number of employees participating in the company's employee stock ownership plan will not exceed 84, including 6 individuals who are directors (excluding independent directors), supervisors, and senior management personnel.

The duration of this employee stock ownership plan is 72 months, starting from the date the shareholders' meeting approves this employee stock ownership plan and the company announces the transfer of the last batch of target stocks to the name of this employee stock ownership plan
