Mendale's major shareholder Wu Jing intends to transfer 10.65% of shares by agreement

Mendale announced that major shareholder Wu Jing intends to transfer 79.6327 million shares, accounting for 10.65% of the company's total share capital, through an agreement. After the transaction is completed, Wu Jing and her concerted party Wu Wei will hold 1.3 million shares, accounting for 0.17%. Qingyun Shuke will become a shareholder with over 5% of the company, holding 79.6327 million shares, accounting for 10.65%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Mendale (002397.SZ) announced that its shareholder holding more than 5%, Wu Jing, intends to transfer 79.6327 million shares of the company (referred to as "target company shares") to Qingyun Digital Technology Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Qingyun Digital Technology") through a negotiated transfer, accounting for 10.65% of the company's total share capital.

After the completion of this transaction, the number of shares held by Wu Jing and her concerted actor Wu Wei will be reduced to 1.3 million shares, accounting for 0.17% of the company's total share capital. Qingyun Digital Technology will become a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company, holding 79.6327 million shares, accounting for 10.65% of the company's total share capital
