# PGVT Chairman Luo Jichun resigns

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, PGVT (000629.SZ) announced that on January 6, 2025, the company's board of directors received resignation applications from Mr. Luo Jichun, a director and chairman of the board, and Mr. Li Liang, assistant to the general manager.
