# Shanghai Phoenix: Appointed Zhang Xiaofeng as Chief Accountant

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Shanghai Phoenix (600679.SH) announced that on January 7, 2025, the company's board of directors received a written resignation letter from the Chief Accountant Cao Weichun. Cao Weichun applied to resign from the position of Chief Accountant due to a job transfer. After resigning, Cao Weichun will no longer hold any position in the company.

The company held the 20th meeting of the 10th board of directors on January 7, 2025, and approved the proposal to appoint Zhang Xiaofeng as the Chief Accountant of the company, with the term starting from the date of approval by this board meeting until the end of the 10th board of directors
