# AVD: The controlling shareholder and actual controller plan to increase their holdings by 10 million to 15 million yuan

AVD announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, one of the chairpersons, Ganzhou Tongshang Investment Co., Ltd., based on its recognition of the company's value, plans to increase its holdings of the company's shares through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system via centralized bidding within six months starting from January 8, 2025, with a total amount to be increased not less than RMB 10 million and not exceeding RMB 15 million
