# AVD's shareholder Chengshang Investment plans to invest between 10 million and 15 million yuan to increase its holdings

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, AVD (300939.SZ) stated that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, one of the chairpersons, Tongshang Investment, intends to increase its shareholding in the company through centralized bidding transactions within 6 months starting from January 8, 2025 (no additional purchases during the window period), with a total amount to be increased not less than RMB 10 million (including the principal) and not exceeding RMB 15 million (including the principal)
