# Senba: One of the actual controllers and concerted actors plans to reduce their holdings in the company

Senba announced that one of the actual controllers, the concerted action party Shanghai Tongyi Investment Management Co., Ltd. - Tongyi Kangteng No. 8 Private Securities Investment Fund and Dan Ying Plan, will reduce their holdings in the company. The Kangteng No. 8 plan intends to reduce its holdings by no more than 5.4 million shares, or no more than 1.91% of the company's total share capital, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, through centralized bidding and block trading. The Dan Ying Plan intends to reduce its holdings by no more than 2.3059 million shares, or no more than 0.82% of the company's total share capital, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, through centralized bidding. The reason for the reduction is the need for personal funds
