# Zhuo Yongxing: The silver-haired economy presents enormous business opportunities, releasing consumer power and labor force

《施政報告》提出成立「促進銀髮經濟工作組」，由政務司副司長卓永興出任組長。

卓永興在港台電視節目表示，銀髮經濟有龐大市場及商機，要推動消費及發展產業，特別是 65 歲以下的年輕長者有一定財力，要釋放消費力及勞動力，如加強長者的職業配對工作，不論全職或兼職，也有助減少及紓緩人力不足。

銷售銀髮商品或服務方面，卓永興指要迎合長者需要，如針對長者牙齒咀嚼能力及胃納有限，可推出份量少但多種類的食品，或參考日本推出容易咀嚼及吞嚥的軟餐，相信假以時日，超市也可能設立為長者而設的銀髮消費專區。
