According to the announcement from TITANS ENERGY (02188), Tao Chan has been appointed as a non-executive director, effective from January 8, 2025.

Jiang Wenqi has resigned from the position of non-executive director due to the need for more time and energy to handle other matters, effective from January 8, 2025.

Liu Wei will no longer serve as a member of the company's nomination committee, effective from January 8, 2025. Independent non-executive director Jiang Yan has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee, effective from January 8, 2025
