# SCGS's subsidiary intends to participate in the bidding for the mining rights of the Yuanbaoshan metallurgical dolomite mine

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SCGS (600678.SH) announced that the company will hold the 13th meeting of the 10th Board of Directors on January 8, 2025, to review and approve the proposal regarding the participation of its controlling subsidiary in the bidding for mining rights. The company agrees to allow its controlling subsidiary—Beichuan Yuding New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Beichuan Yuding")—to participate in the bidding for the mining rights of the metallurgical dolomite mine at Yuanbaoshan, Beichuan Qiang Autonomous County, Sichuan Province, and authorizes the company's management to handle the relevant procedures for this bidding
