# SUNSEA: The procedures for the transfer of ownership registration have not yet been completed

SUNSEA issued a notice of unusual movement, stating that the company's controlling shareholder Zhuhai Jiuzhou Holding Group Co., Ltd. intends to transfer 62,400,000 shares it holds in the company to Zhuhai Jiufa Holding Co., Ltd. without compensation. The transfer must be registered with the Shenzhen branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited. Currently, the transfer registration procedures have not yet been completed
