# Ronald Lauder retires from the Estee Lauder board, and his son-in-law takes over

A statement shows that Ronald Lauder, a board member who has served at Estee Lauder for over 50 years, will retire from the board, to be succeeded by his son-in-law Eric Zinterhofer, effective immediately. (Bloomberg)
