# WZJT plans to issue convertible bonds to raise no more than 3 billion yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, WZJT (600368.SH) has announced a plan to issue convertible corporate bonds to unspecified objects. The total amount of convertible bonds to be issued this time is not more than RMB 3 billion (inclusive). After deducting issuance costs, the funds will be invested in the G80 Guangkun Expressway Nanning to Baise section reconstruction and expansion project (Tanluo to Baise section)
