# Investors claim Xu Xiang, second-instance victory

Investors have won the second-instance lawsuit against "Private Placement King" Xu Xiang, former chairman of WFDSJ Xu Changjiang, and others for manipulating the securities market. According to Xu Feng, a lawyer from Shanghai Jiucheng Law Firm representing one of the plaintiffs, they received the civil judgment (2024) Su Min Zhong 1446 dated December 26, 2024, on January 10, 2025. The case of investors suing Xu Xiang, Xu Changjiang, WFDSJ, and others for securities market manipulation has made progress, with the Jiangsu Provincial High People's Court issuing a second-instance judgment, which is a final ruling.
