# Pony Ma stated that this year's gaming business is overall "very impressive."

On the afternoon of January 13, Tencent held its 2024 annual employee meeting. According to Wall Street News, Ma Huateng stated that IEG (Interactive Entertainment Group) has performed "very well" overall this year, with progress in both domestic and overseas businesses in terms of sustainability and navigating cycles. "The entire organizational structure and morale have undergone significant changes." He also revealed that Tencent's share of overseas gaming business has approached half of its domestic gaming business, and he looks forward to even faster development in the future.
