# STARGLORY HLDGS has completed the issuance of 34.2857 million subscription shares

According to the announcement from STARGLORY HLDGS (08213), all conditions set forth in the subscription agreement were met on January 6, 2025, and the subscription matter was completed on January 13, 2025, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement.

According to the subscription agreement, the company has issued and allotted 34,285,700 subscription shares at a subscription price of HKD 0.35 per share to the subscriber under the general authorization, which represents approximately 6.18% of the enlarged issued share capital of the company as of the date of this announcement
