According to the Zhitong Finance APP, LONGLI Technology (300752.SZ) has announced a plan to repurchase company shares. The company intends to use its own funds and/or self-raised funds of no less than RMB 30 million and no more than RMB 60 million (inclusive) to repurchase its RMB ordinary shares (A shares) through centralized bidding trading. This repurchase is intended for the implementation of an employee stock ownership plan and/or equity incentives, with a repurchase price not exceeding RMB 27.18 per share (inclusive)
