# HUALAN NPM plans to invest in the establishment of a subsidiary in South Korea

According to the announcement from HUALAN NPM (301093.SZ), based on the company's strategic development needs and actual operating conditions, the company plans to use its own funds to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Singapore as a pathway company. After the establishment of the wholly-owned subsidiary in Singapore, the company will use this subsidiary as the investment entity to set up a wholly-owned subsidiary in South Korea (i.e., HUALAN NPM's South Korean subsidiary), which will focus on overseas market development, product sales, and more. The investment amount is expected to not exceed USD 600,000, mainly for fixed asset investment, daily operations, and working capital reserves, with the actual investment amount subject to the approval of the relevant authorities in China and locally
